In a very small country, The Government exercises stringent birth control on the low-downs of the society. A FEMALE WORKER is found to be pregnant without a permit.
Pursued by the authority, she is saved by SUPERMAN who wants to help the people to build a LAND of EQUALITY. But amongst them is a spy, who tries to incite FEMALE WORKER to betray the SUPERHERO.
A quiet revolution is happening. But who is the winner?
This play is a prequel to SHIT
HOLE, which was nominated for Best Script and Best Ensemble
Performance in the Life! Theatre Awards 2005. TRASH is a thought
provoking and humorous looks at what revolution means - ideology,
power, greed and bloodshed.
Performed in Mandarin
