In today's increasingly polarised and fragmented world, an effective facilitator must possess self-reflexivity in order to moderate discussions among people with diverse values and backgrounds, through a process of looking at issues from a systemic perspective and unpacking layers of social and cultural constructs that influence how issues unfold.
Using drama techniques, this workshop teaches the essentials of critical facilitation, from listening, to questioning, to critical thinking and problem-solving.
