The Departure
The Departure is collection of stories about departure, drawn from conversations between three Chinese students who have just finished the studies abroad. These conversations intersect with three broader stories, taking us to the beginning of the Qing dynasty, the 1930s and the 1960s respectively.

Three Women
Vicky, Jing Tong and Shu Qin are best friends, each facing different problems in life. One being unhappily married and unfulfilled despite an affair with her student, one a lesbian struggling between family obligation and emotional needs, the other a victim of domestic vioence.
How can the three women overcome life's challenges and the oppression they face?
